olution 1: Don't press anything When you keep pressing keys on your keyboard, XTrap interprets that you're attempting to bypass its security settings, so after you enter your account ID and password, simply do not press anything. At the moment, you can report your problems to the thread in the 'Technical Support' section or try one of the 6 steps the GM Daojin has listed to temporarily or permanently get rid of the problem. The GMs and Developers are working hard to fix this.
It is a new server issue that happened with the most recent maintenance. I have no idea how to disable Firewall, I don't think I even HAVE Firewall, I've checked my Programs a I've been wanting to play Tales Runner but that keeps popping up.
